Terms of Service

Last updated: April 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ATAPIC — a chat-first AI platform for opportunity discovery, research, outreach drafting, meeting scheduling, and CRM workflow automation — and the related website, integrations, and services. By accessing or using ATAPIC, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific features or services.

If you’re using ATAPIC on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ATAPIC is a chat-first AI platform that helps you:

  • Discover relevant people and high-intent opportunities using natural-language search
  • Research people and companies using public web data and licensed enrichment partners
  • Draft outreach (email, LinkedIn messages, comments, posts), summaries, and content with AI assistance
  • Schedule meetings and read availability using your connected calendar
  • Send, track, and follow up on email through your connected mailbox
  • Sync activities, contacts, and deals with CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Generate research briefs, sheets, and insights from public information
  • Automate follow-up workflows you configure (tasks, reminders, sequences)

ATAPIC is a tool that assists you. It does not replace your judgment, your relationships with prospects, or your obligations under the laws and platform rules that govern your outreach.

3. Account & Connected-Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ATAPIC account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing accurate and current account information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
  • The third-party accounts you connect (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) — including ensuring you have authority to connect them, complying with their terms, and revoking access promptly if your role or authorization changes
  • The content you generate, send, or sync through ATAPIC — drafts, emails, messages, posts, comments, meeting invitations, and CRM updates are your communications, made under your name and authority

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ATAPIC to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or any communication that violates anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/ePrivacy, or equivalent) — you must include accurate sender info, a working unsubscribe link where required, and stop contacting recipients who opt out
  • Violate the terms of any platform you connect or interact with through ATAPIC, including LinkedIn’s User Agreement and Professional Community Policies, Google API Services User Data Policy, Microsoft Services Agreement, X / Twitter terms, your email provider’s terms, and your CRM provider’s terms
  • Harass, threaten, defame, dox, impersonate, or otherwise harm any individual or organization
  • Phish, steal credentials, or attempt to deceive recipients about who they are communicating with
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, illegal recruiting, illegal lending, illegal investment solicitation, or any unlawful activity
  • Build or sell a competing product using ATAPIC outputs, scrape ATAPIC at scale, reverse engineer it, or attempt to extract our underlying data, models, prompts, or infrastructure
  • Use ATAPIC to gather data for advertising profiles, target individuals based on protected characteristics, or any purpose prohibited by applicable law
  • Share, sublicense, or resell access to ATAPIC without authorization
  • Use automated tools to create accounts, evade rate limits, or abuse free-tier credits
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services, servers, or networks

You are solely responsible for outreach you send through ATAPIC. The fact that ATAPIC drafted, scheduled, or sent a message on your behalf does not shift legal responsibility — recipients view those messages as coming from you. Treat every draft like you wrote it.

4a. Third-party platforms & OAuth providers

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize ATAPIC to access that account on your behalf within the OAuth scopes you grant. ATAPIC’s use of data from those accounts is also governed by the relevant provider’s terms.

  • Google: ATAPIC complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide or improve features you specifically request inside ATAPIC.
  • Microsoft: ATAPIC accesses Microsoft Graph (Outlook, Calendar, Microsoft 365) consistent with Microsoft’s Services Agreement and developer terms.
  • LinkedIn: When you use ATAPIC features that interact with LinkedIn (post drafting, activity reading, profile lookups, etc.), you must remain in compliance with LinkedIn’s User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. Automated mass messaging, scraping, or platform-rule violations are not permitted.
  • CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.): Records created or updated through your CRM integration are governed by your CRM agreement. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to read, modify, or sync those records.

You can revoke ATAPIC’s access to any connected account at any time, either inside ATAPIC (Settings → Connected Accounts → Disconnect) or directly with the provider.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing & Billing

  • Subscription and usage-based fees (including tokens or credits) may be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, or at the time of purchase
  • Token or credit purchases are typically non-refundable once used
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice (e.g., 30 days) for recurring plans
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added as required by law

Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We generally do not provide refunds for partial months, annual plans in progress, or unused tokens, unless required by law
  • Free trial users can cancel anytime before the trial ends without charge

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: ATAPIC owns all rights to the platform, including software, algorithms, designs, documentation, trademarks, and content we provide. These Terms don’t grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or provide to ATAPIC. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the services, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy .

You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents to provide any data to ATAPIC and to use our services for researching and reaching out to third parties.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

ATAPIC is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We don’t guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. We don’t warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party or public data surfaced by the platform.

No guaranteed business outcomes

ATAPIC does not promise any specific number of leads, meetings booked, replies, opens, deliverability rates, conversions, revenue, deal size, or business outcome. Results depend on your ICP, your offer, your message quality, your sender reputation, recipient behavior, third-party platforms outside our control, and many other factors. Anything you read on our marketing pages, blog, or in the product is illustrative — not a commitment.

AI-generated content disclaimer

ATAPIC uses AI services to draft messages, summarize content, suggest leads, generate insights, and automate steps. AI output can be wrong, biased, fabricated, out of date, or otherwise unsuitable. You must review every AI-generated draft, recommendation, summary, sheet, or document before sending, sharing, or relying on it. Treat AI output as a starting point, never as verified fact. ATAPIC is not a substitute for professional advice and does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

Public web research & lead data disclaimer

People and company data shown in ATAPIC is sourced from public web pages, licensed enrichment partners, and signals you bring with your connected accounts. This data may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect — for example, a person may have changed roles, a company may have rebranded, or a public profile may not reflect current reality. You are responsible for confirming key facts before you contact, qualify, or take a business action on a lead. ATAPIC does not warrant that any contact information is current, deliverable, or appropriate for your outreach.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATAPIC and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
  • Third-party actions, content, or services you use with ATAPIC

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ATAPIC at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Extended inactivity or use that risks security or service stability

Upon termination, your right to use ATAPIC immediately ceases. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination, subject to technical and legal limitations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification where practical. Continued use of ATAPIC after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.
