What data does ATAPIC access?

Only what you give it: your account info, your prompts, the lists/notes/deals you create, and the accounts you choose to connect. If you connect Google or Microsoft email and calendar, ATAPIC accesses messages and events only to deliver the feature you’re using — for example, sending an email, tracking a reply, reading availability, or scheduling a meeting.

Why does ATAPIC need Google or Microsoft access?

Because the work happens there. Sending email through your own inbox preserves your sender reputation. Reading replies powers your follow-up workflows. Calendar access lets ATAPIC propose real available times and book meetings cleanly. We use the minimum OAuth scopes required for the features you turn on, and you can disconnect at any time.

Does ATAPIC sell my data?

No. We don’t sell, rent, or trade personal information — including any data we receive from Google or Microsoft. We don’t share data for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA.

Does ATAPIC use my data for ads?

No. We do not use Google or Microsoft user data — including email and calendar content — for advertising. We don’t run an ad business. ATAPIC is a paid product.

How does ATAPIC use AI?

AI powers the features you actually use: drafting messages, summarizing emails and meetings, recommending leads, generating research, and parsing what you mean when you describe an ICP. Your prompts and the data you ask ATAPIC to process are sent to our AI providers as data processors, under contracts that forbid using your content to train their general-purpose models. We do not use Google or Microsoft user data to train ATAPIC’s or any third party’s general-purpose AI models.

Can I disconnect Google or Microsoft?

Yes, any time. Inside ATAPIC: Settings → Connected Accounts → Disconnect. You can also revoke access directly from myaccount.google.com/permissions or account.microsoft.com/privacy/app-access. Once you revoke, we stop reading or sending immediately and remove cached content within 30 days.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Delete individual leads, lists, deals, or documents from inside the app. Delete your whole account from Settings → Account → Delete account, or email privacy@atapic.com with the subject "Delete my data." Most requests are completed within 30 days.

Does ATAPIC guarantee leads or meetings?

No. ATAPIC helps you discover, research, draft, and follow up — but no platform can promise a specific number of leads, meetings, replies, or revenue. Outcomes depend on your offer, ICP, message quality, recipient behavior, and dozens of other factors outside our control. Anything you read on our marketing pages is illustrative, not a commitment.

Is ATAPIC compliant with LinkedIn and other platforms?

ATAPIC is built to support compliant outreach. You are responsible for staying within the rules of the platforms you use through ATAPIC — LinkedIn’s User Agreement and Professional Community Policies, Google and Microsoft API terms, your email provider’s rules, and your CRM agreement. Don’t use ATAPIC for spam, scraping abuse, mass automated messaging, impersonation, or anything else those platforms forbid.

What should I review before sending outreach?

  • Confirm the lead is who you think they are (title, company, role recency)
  • Read the AI-drafted message end to end — is it accurate, on-brand, and respectful?
  • Make sure your sender info is correct and your unsubscribe handling complies with CAN-SPAM / CASL / GDPR where applicable
  • Don’t blast — pace, target, and personalize. Volume without context damages your deliverability and your reputation
  • Check for sensitive context (ongoing legal matters, recent layoffs, life events) and adjust tone or skip

How does ATAPIC handle public web research and lead data?

ATAPIC pulls from public web pages and licensed business-data partners. This data can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong — people change roles, companies rebrand, profile pages aren’t always current. Treat lead enrichment as a starting point. Verify key facts before you contact a person, qualify a deal, or take any business action based on what ATAPIC surfaces.

We do not store passwords from third-party sites and do not read private DMs on social networks. Email/calendar content is used only for the feature you triggered — never for advertising, never for training general-purpose AI models.
